How do I Shop?

Ordering your products from Skinstem skincare is pretty simple (the website is pretty, and the process is simple) just add the products you would like to your cart, hit checkout, tell us where to ship to by entering your shipping details, then make a payment using your visa / credit card or by performing an EFT

How long does it take to get delivered?

You can expect your order to arrive with our trusty courier services within 2-5 working days from placing your order. Once you receive a confirmation of your order from us - we work on getting your order packaged, shipped & delivered.
You are constantly updated on the status of your order via email / SMS & are sent a tracking number as soon as your package leaves us. We are a startup, and work out of a small logistics warehouse. If you shop Skinstem skincare during a sale / promotional period / product launch, please be prepared for your delivery to take a little longer than expected.

Do you deliver to my P.O.Box?

No, your order is delivered to your door. Make sure to supply us with your home/work daytime delivery address when placing your order.

Do I need a credit card to purchase?

No, you do not - while we do accept payments via credit card, we also accept instant EFT payments from most major banks in South Africa. Place your order as usual & choose the "instant EFT" option when you're checking out.

Help! it's been over 5 working days & I've not received my order?

In the unlikely event that your delivery does not arrive within the estimated time frame of 5 working days, please pop us an email (, so we can follow up on it for you.

Do you test on animals?

None of our products/ raw materials are tested on animals at any stage of the production process

Are the active ingredients safe to use?

Yes, the active ingredients in our products are safe to use as instructed. It is important to patch test all products before use. People with sensitive skin should be extra cautious when using products. Discontinue use should irritation occur. We caution our customers not to use too many active ingredients at the same time, as this may cause irritation. Contact us at any time for more information.

Can products cause irritation?

As with any product, our products MAY cause irritation to people with sensitive skin, people with a compromised skin barrier, overuse of products, misuse of products or using too many actives at the same time.
