Before you apply, here's what we ask in return

- Let us boost your posts for 12 months. We may pay Instagram and Facebook to show your post to more women, as an ad from your account. You agree with one tick on the sign-up form, then approve Skinstem once in your Instagram settings. We'll show you how in the WhatsApp group.
- Only post about what suits your skin. If a product doesn't suit you, you don't have to post about it. Just tell us.
- Follow the do's and don'ts in the WhatsApp group. They keep every post honest about what Skinstem can do.

How many followers do I need?
None. Any account size can apply.
Do I have to show my bikini line?
No. Show the area you're comfortable with, like your underarms, inner thighs or legs.
How often do I have to post?
Your first post within 14 days of getting your box. After that, at least once a week. Reels, TikToks and feed posts count; Stories don't, because they disappear after a day and can't run as ads. Miss 4 weeks in a row and your code is switched off, but we still pay everything you've earned.
How much will I earn?
That depends on how many people buy with your code. You earn 10% of what each follower pays for the products, on every order made with your code. You see every order and what you've earned in your creator dashboard.
Do I stop earning after my first post?
No. You earn 10% on orders made with your code after your first post too.
What if a product doesn't suit my skin?
You don't have to post about it. Just tell us.
When and how do I get paid?
Every month, into a South African bank account. You see every order and what you've earned in your creator dashboard.
Do I earn when the same customer buys again?
Yes. You earn 10% of every order made with your code, from new and returning customers. It's worked out on what she pays for the products, not delivery.
Can my followers use my code with another code?
No. Your code can't be used together with other codes, including our welcome code.
Do I earn on my own orders?
No. Only orders your followers place with your code or your link.
How long does my link count?
When someone taps your link, her orders from that phone or computer count as yours for 30 days.
Who owns my posts?
You do. We only ask to boost them as ads from your account for up to 12 months.
Do I pay tax on what I earn?
What you earn is income, so declare it to SARS with your other income.
What does "boost your posts" mean?
We may pay Instagram and Facebook to show your post to more women, as an ad from your account, for up to 12 months. You agree with one tick on the sign-up form, then approve Skinstem once in your Instagram settings. We'll show you how in the WhatsApp group.
The full creator terms
- Who can join: 18 or older, living in South Africa, with a South African bank account. We read every application ourselves and may say no.
- What you get: a free box of Skinstem products once you're approved, delivered free. Your own discount code (your followers get 10% off) and your own link.
- What you earn: 10% of what your follower pays for the products (delivery not included), on every order made with your code or your link. Your link counts for 30 days after someone taps it. Your own orders don't earn. Your code can't be combined with other codes. Cancelled or refunded orders don't earn.
- Getting paid: once a month, by bank transfer, for the month before, by the 7th of the month. Your dashboard shows every order. You declare your own earnings to SARS.
- What we ask: your first post within 14 days of getting your box, then at least one post or video a week (Reels, TikToks and feed posts count; Stories don't). Post in your own words and only what's true for you. If a product doesn't suit your skin, tell us and don't post about it. Mark every post as an ad (#ad or Instagram's "paid partnership" label). Don't put your code on coupon websites.
- What you may say: "helps fade dark marks", "helps the skin look more even", results take 8 to 12 weeks. Talk about your own skin ("my underarms"), never "your dark marks". Never say "removes", "stops", "prevents", "cures" or "guaranteed". Outer skin only down there, patch test first, wait 24 hours after waxing (24 to 48 hours for the exfoliator). We share the full list in the creator WhatsApp group.
- Your posts as ads: you allow Skinstem to run your Skinstem posts as ads, from your account (a "partnership ad") and from ours, for up to 12 months from the day you posted. We never change your words. If you leave, we start no new ads with your posts, and ads already running end within 30 days.
- Leaving: you or we can end this at any time with a message. You're paid for every order up to that day.
- If you stop posting: after 2 weeks without a post we send you a reminder. After 4 weeks in a row without a post, your code is switched off and you leave the creator group. We still pay for every order up to that day.
- When we remove someone: breaking these terms, fake orders, coupon websites, or claims the products can't make.
- Changes: we tell you 14 days before we change these terms.
- Your details: we use your name, contact and bank details only to run the program and pay you.
